Worksite Rehab provides innovative solutions to assist the injured worker return to work as soon as possible resulting in a more motivated and productive worker for the employer. Worksite Rehab provides Return to Work Services including: 

• Initial needs and workplace assessment
• Liaison with workers compensation insurer 
• Identification of suitable duties
• Case conferencing with the treating Doctor
• Job design and task analysis
• Ergonomic assessment and modifications
• Functional Capacity Evaluations

Worksite Rehab take a proactive, universal and outcome focused approach to each case, ensuring we consider everything when identifying goals and strategies for return to work. We also ensure low caseloads for our consultants to enable each case to receive the time and tailored approach it deserves.

For each case, a rehabilitation plan is developed through a collaboration of all parties. These plans are always agreed and signed by all parties. This ensures that all parties are working towards the same outcome and all parties involved with a review on a continuous basis through the period of the injured workers rehabilitation with Worksite Rehab.
